Associates:

Mike W. Foster, Jr.

Mike W. Foster, Jr has worked, as an Associate, for Bernhoft & Associates since 1996. Mike currently is my lead designer and senior draftsman. He is responsible for assisting Leonard with the preliminary designs and final working drawings in both the Residential and Commercial projects we are doing.

Mike has a strong background in Residential Design and has spent the last 8 years learning the Commercial Design aspects of the company. He also has a strong background in truss design and truss framing layout.

Elaine S. Lemke

Elaine S. Lemke, my youngest sister, is responsible for the office operations. She had previously worked for Leonard, when he operated his construction and design company from 1982 thru 1989.

She is responsible for all construction drawing plotting and printing.
